Dr. Karla Miranda Medina, MD is a dedicated primary care physician serving patients in Florida with a strong commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Miranda Medina is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and serve a diverse patient population. She proudly served in the United States Army through the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP), gaining valuable experience during six years of military medical service before establishing her practice in the Tampa Bay area.

Dr. Miranda Medina has extensive experience in managed care and HMO settings and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients. She believes that effective healthcare begins with listening, open communication, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and well-being. Her approach to primary care is compassionate, approachable, and focused on comprehensive, long-term wellness.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Miranda Medina enjoys creating educational health content, connecting with patients through innovative platforms, and spending time with her family.
